¡¡Descansando del Front Lever🤕!!
Hola Comunidad de #SWC, el día de hoy realicé una rutina de Front lever con mis compañeros de club "Fortis Workout🦉", pero tuve que dejar la rutina a medias porque empecé a sentir dolor en los dorsales y en el lumbar😭.
Debido a eso, preferí hacer una corta rutina enfocada en el bíceps haciendo escalera de "Dominadas sulpinas y dominadas australianas con agarre normal y cerrado". Al terminar, hice un ejercicio que me recomendaron para empezar y ganar fuerza en el Hefesto.

Hello #SWC Community, today I performed a Front lever routine with my club mates "Fortis Workout🦉", but I had to leave the routine halfway because I started to feel pain in my lats and lumbar😭.
Because of that, I preferred to do a short routine focused on the biceps doing ladder of "Sulpine Pulldowns and Australian Pulldowns with normal and close grip". When I finished, I did an exercise that was recommended to get me started and gain strength on the Hephaestus.
