Lately I have had a localized pain between the shoulder and the right dorsal area, for that reason I have been resting a lot and yesterday I got up in the afternoon.
I went to the University to sign my grades of the 1st cut of the quarter. Reason why I went out earlier, I accompanied my friend
When I got home, I rested and did some stretching to ease the pain a bit.
Thank you very much for taking the time to watch my content. See you next time.
