My general content for having a good public bus traveling experience.
Hello everyone, how are you doing,
My name is Valblesza, And this is my blog.
Traveling is a good experience, it allows me to learn from different angles of how humans should go about their daily life.
I know that most time, it seems so difficult to take advantageous experience out of public transportation or trips. These could be associated with so many for me, due to how I value my experience.
Occasionally, the experience is very horrible, more especially on Mondays, which is the peak time. Everyone wants to hit the road, hasting to catch up with one appointment or the other.
And when I finally managed to find my way on the public transportation, I feel that unrest, coming from different angles, from seat partners, heat to rickless driving and the conductor body offensive issues.
If anyone, has used a typical Nigerian public Transit or even most companies own transit, then you might not be a novice to this typical experience, I would be sharing.
However, all these happen, yet I feel there is a lot to do from my end to save myself from the haptic issues of struggling to get a good seat for myself.
Allow me to share a typical, Nigeria transit situation with you all, maybe it could also have been applicable; in your country. I got a business to handle by 6 AM, So I got to the pack, where I could get a transit to my destination.
I usually feel like inching for staying too long is public transportation, more especially when it has to be five or more per sit roll. And I love sitting in the front, it makes me feel comfortable and confidence in myself.
But you know this public transportation would, remain public, so after three hours of my stay in the vehicle, the driver, and conductor, were still looking for more passengers, meanwhile I was running out of time.
When I looked out from the window from where I was sitting, I saw some other buses, going to my direction driving out of the pack with fully loaded passages. I felt so bad about it, then I realized I needed to work on something.
I believe that every has a schedule or should have one, allocate appropriate time of actions to these time, by following it with same actions. This is true in the sense that says he who late plant to fail.
It actually because I didn't take my time to study my schedule, I left at 6am for a morning bus, which is highly competitive, while many others left by 3 AM. And before I could get to the pack, most of the buses were already filled up. So I had to manage with the back seat.
Imagine seating close to two bodily size women and a conductor, who's personal hygiene has not been observed? How does it feel? Couple with the tight space I'm sitting on.
To worsen it all, since it was a morning trip, I didn't see the need to where something vert light, which was one of my major problems too. Being a car owner, driving on personal Air conditioning car, I thought I could get such service from the public transportation I opted for.
Though they told me when booking to make it earlier, but I missed a seat number reserved for me because I was late to the pack. To crown it all, I wore a suit because the weather was a bit cloudy as if it were going to rain, but later didn't rain.
Then I had to struggle with heat, sweat, and the zooming body outdoors of the conductor. The experience was not funny at all.
These are some tips, you do whenever you want to travel:
Plan ahead of time; Always fix your traveling schedule ahead of time, catch up with your bus early, let's say during money because I am a money traveler so that you get a nice seat space.
Reduces loads; Whenever you want to travel, don't go with overcrowding lodges. Minimize your what you're carrying. Learn how to wear something lightly
So that go can feel yourself, especially on the public transportation, let your shoes be light too so that you can get some fresh Air.
Know your alternative route; Most people travel on a public bus without knowing their alternative's route, which anything can happen, and the driver decides to change the route resulting in a delay of time. People should learn how to use the Google road map to know their Alternative's route before traveling.
To add, people are paying high charges for transportation, so think it is wise if transport companies and even private public buses owners should understand that people would also want to be having their comfort.
The government should enforce a strong law to guide the numbers of massagers a bus can carry and set up a ream to monitor that. Like Nigerian, I would say, we don't have this law, no one monitors anything like this.
Investing to make your transit comfortable is the soul responsible for the public bus owner, upgrade, to the latest automobile, with the necessary facilities. It would help decline the challenges faced by public road users and enhance quality public transportation and build good traveling experience for the passengers.
