Hoy les quiero mostrar una mascarilla casera que me ha ayudado mucho con el acn茅 en las manchas de mi piel y para aclarar, esta mascarilla todos la podemos hacer ya que tenemos los ingredientes en casa es s煤per sencilla.La estado utilizando durante 6 meses y he notado cambios.
Today I want to show you a homemade mask that has helped me a lot with acne on my skin blemishes and to clarify, this mask we can all do it because we have the ingredients at home is super simple I have been using it for 6 months and have noticed changes.
El ingrediente principal es el arroz yo utilizo una taza, opcional puedes agregarle 2 gotas de tu aceite escencial favorito, generalmente no lo ultilizo porque mi piel es muy grasa.
The main ingredient is rice, I use one cup, opcional you can add 2 drops of your favorite essential oil, usually don't use it because my skin is very oily.
Comenzamos lavando el arroz en un taz贸n, esta agua la debemos de desechar. Volvemos a agregarle agua al arroz y lo dejamos reposando por un m铆nimo de dos horas. Tambi茅n pueden refrigerar el arroz en un recipiente con tapa toda la noche.
Luego del tiempo establecido colaremos el arroz, reservando un poco del agua y lo licuamos, agreg谩ndole poco a poco el agua que reservamos(tambi茅n pueden hacerlo en una procesadora). El arroz debe de quedarnos como una especie de pasta no como una crema.
La pasta de arroz la llevaremos en fuego bajo en una olla peque帽a, debemos de revolver constantemente para que el arroz no se pegue a la olla.En este paso nuestro arroz pasa de textura de pasta a crema( como de muestra en la foto). Es el momento perfecto para agregarle tu aceite esencial favorito.
We begin by washing the rice in a bowl, this water should be discarded. Add water to the rice and let it stand for a minimum of two hours. You can also refrigerate the rice in a covered container overnight. After the established time we will strain the rice, reserving a little of the water and we blend it, adding little by little the water that we reserved (you can also do it in a food processor). The rice should be like a kind of paste, not like a cream. The rice paste will be cooked over low heat in a small pot, we must stir constantly so that the rice does not stick to the pot, in this step our rice goes from paste texture to cream (as shown in the photo). This is the perfect moment to add your favorite essential oil
Procedemos a envasar nuestra crema y la refrigeramos hasta que este totalmente fr铆a para poder utilizarla.
Puede utilizarse aplicandola sobre la zona a tratar por ejemplo el rostro por 30min, en caso de que tu piel sea muy sensible solo aplicarla por 15min.
Es recomendable usarla de tres a cuatro veces por semana ya que hidrata nuestra piel, la mantiene fresca y jugosa, ayuda a combatir el acn茅 y a desaparecer la manchas y por consecuente aclarar la piel.
En mi caso yo la utilizo en rostro, axilas y rodillas y he obtenido buenos resultados.
