The playgrounds are in the sun; So it is probably the safest place for kids.
There is an argument about the dangers of surface contact. But most people with kids would avoid the playground equipment anyway; so the danger is reduced.
There is one caveat. If you or your child has COVID19; you shouldn't be playing with other kids or using community equipment.
