Thanks for the shoutout, it's nice to know that someone actually took the time to read my lengthy deep dive on Anthrax and the Patriot Act.
This story really doesn't get enough attention in the media, no surprise there but it's funny how the same methods are employed over and over to force more draconian rules on all of us. The majority of people still believe that Al Qaeda or Saddam was responsible for the Anthrax attacks.

One wonders if he was innocent, if the FBI made a mistake or if he was part of the orchestrated plot to create a biothreat with the ensuing response and "solution" of more vaccines to add to the US stockpile. Problem, reaction, solution. Who benefits? Follow the money.

From my own research, I think this is much closer to the truth about the Anthrax Attacks and Ivans made for a convenient scapegoat.

You're absolutely correct that we see a familiar pattern with the exercises and threats of bioweapons attacks as precursors to real world events - as Dark Winter illustrates.
