Hey there, I sometimes get this error message as well.
The best way to solve this is if you're using Hive Keychain browser extension is to make sure that you're logged into Keychain. Sometimes, I get logged out and don't realize it.

Another troubleshooting method is to change your Hive node, go into peakd.com settings and select another node to connect to.
