Thanks for posting about this.
With most large exchanges coming under compliance,
decent exchanges with non-KYC are hard to come by.
Haven't used it yet, but I was aware people were using Mxchive
I wasn't aware of Mandala at all, definitely going to check it out.
Always good to know of more non-KYC exchanges!
