Thanks for posting this, I don't know a lot about MESH networks only that some protesters have put it to use when WIFI is turned off by authorities.
Are MESHnets usually best employed locally or are can the also be applied to world wide networks just as easily? The answers to my questions are probably somewhere in the links you provided but wondering how you see them being used most effectively?
