If you want to read an incredible book about the CIA working with the nazis, definitely get a copy of The Devil's Chessboard by David Talbot. It's a phenomenal read dealing largely with CIA director Allen Dulles and his collaboration with the Nazis when he was stationed in Bern Switzerland during WWII. Very highly recommended!
