what effect will cryptocurrency have on the less privileged countries ?

I am not an economist neither am i a crypto expert but if there is country willing to adopt crypto currency as a legal tender like El Salvador did? It will be a good move for such country looking at the benefits involved but let's not forget that one thing is having a plan and another is to achieve the plan.

Mostly i would suggest such country goes into crypto through green energy mining, which i don't know if they can afford to set that up. Because looking at them buying cryptos like Bitcoin, what if they bought at a high rate and the market starts correction?
It is not really going to sound funny unless they have contigency plan.
Mining will cost them alot to set up
Unless they decide to be buying during market corrections. To be on the safer side.

This is going to boost such country's economy in the next 5 to 10 years.
