As a believer who acknowledges the existence of God and miracles. "Miracles are occasions or event where something good unexpectedly happens to you".
Now let me share one of the miracles that ever happened to me that i wouldn't forget.
Just last week here , i was down on cash. Had no supplies and needed some cash badly, trust me there was nothing that didn't come to my mind to engage in at that moment.
So i looked up while laying down on my bed facing upwards, with a broken heart and teary eyes.
I asked God , this my condition right now is it pleasant to you ? I mean if my suffering and agony pleases you then it doesn't please me in any way , i am hungry with no food to eat and couldn't even afford to transport myself to school, remember you promised not to allow my enemies laugh at me. Spoke to God and after an hour or so i didn't know what else to do or who to call.
About an hour later my phone rang , an unknown number calling. I picked up the phone and answered
Me : hello who am i unto?
Caller : fineboy it's me deliman (a family friend whom i have not heard from in over 3 years)
how are you doing ?
Me : I am fine sir how about your family ?
Him: we are fine , we bless God. How is school?
Me: school is fine.
Him: how have you been all these while, how is school treating you ? Sorry i haven't been in touch , i lost my phone and most of my contacts were lost. I was just scrolling through my phone now and saw this number and decided to call and know who it is?
Things are not really smooth this time around but can you send me your account number, let me find you a little token to buy provision.
Me : (hearing this i was filled with joy and tears in my eyes at the same time) .couldn't believe what i just heard , firstly i thanked him and asked him to greet his wife. The call hand up and i texted him my account details. I still had some doubts like (it's not the first time someone telling me to send my details and they did nothing, maybe it's still the same case with this one. Just one of those uncle's with emoty promises again). Yes i am believer even though sometimes i doubt people alot, you know when you have had alot of experiences with people. Makes you doubt things most times.
Few minutes later i got a text and he sent me #10k (ten thousand naira), wow 馃槻馃槻 my mind was completely blown away. I fell on my knees and said God you are the miracle worker indeed, i am grateful. Thank you , i know i don't deserve your goodness and grace because i am sinner but i am grateful Lord.
After the prayers i quickly called him back to thank him.
I don't know if that's a miracle or morethan a miracle, i was never expecting that not from him atleast, besides we haven't spoke for years, like how did he know i was in need of cash urgently?
I couldn't piece the whole thing together so i just had to live with it anyways as there was nothing else i could do about it. Other than being grateful to God
Immediately i wore my cloths and went to the nearby shop, bought a little supply and held back the remaining cash for my transportation and minor expenses at school and at home too.
Till today i an still shocked about what happened that day , when i come to think of it ? I still can't believe it.
Maybe it's a small miracle to some people but to me it was a great one.
