Crypto currency is not doubt one of the biggest industries out there, even though the market is currently bleeding. It's market cap is still over $1.7t,
Volatility : is major key player when you talk about the crypto currency market, due to its risks volatility , it very unpredictable to determine the outcome of the market or predict the future. Ofcourse riches comes with risks, if you can't afford to take risks you can't win.
Risk bearing and management should be the top priority of anyone thinking of investment in crypto and ofcourse time too.
Unpredictability: No one , i repeat no one can predict crypto currency because it is decentralized. One big news can bring to it's price surge or it's dipping. But either ways people or analysts can only forecast based on some technical assumptions but nobody predicts it exactly.
Scalability : is a another major thing you should look out for , try to balance between owing a portfolio in crypto or elsewhere. It's value and weighing it properly to make sure it works with your finances
This is a tough one , basically it's a very good portfolio for investment.

Real estate has alot of advantages and maybe some disadvantages. If you are looking for another place to make your investments , against retirement and the future this is another place you should look at.
Well i don't this there is much to look out for other than having patient when invested in real estate, because i am pretty sure most of them take a while before benefits start maturing. Probably months or years depending on the company and investment plan.

There are basically a thousand and one reasons to invest in each of them. Trust me sometimes i get confused 馃 on which is best.
In my opinion both of them are the best investment plans for now and the future.
If you have enough cash then invest in both but if you don't , you can start with crypto.
Maybe real estate is kind of in the upper hand for you for now . Then go with the one you can lay your hands but i suggest you expand your portfolio as soon as possible.
