Interesting development here around Splinterlands. This will truly boost the curation reputation of the community.

QUESTION

I am a user that believes in H-E tokens. My stakes of tokens at the second layer exceeds my main layer in value because I sometimes powerdown Hive to invest in H-E tokens. This would certainly raise my KE ratio. Would I be qualified for Splinterlands curation if I set 100% Hive Power for Splinterlands posts?
