Crypto is Solving realtime Problems
I first knew about NFBeehive on Zachology's Twitter. At first, I thought it was a project related to Hive since everything "bee" rings "hive" in my mind. While I got to read more about it, it was interesting to see the unique proposition it seeks to serve in the real world leveraging the power of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
Everything that points to the environment and the restoration of its glory has a way of captivating my fancy. I got so emotional reading the story inspiring the NFBeehive and again, I got reminded that blockchain and cryptocurrency seeks to solve real life issues and situations. Just then, I remember how the Peace community on Hive as been instrumental to sending relieve materials to the victims of war in Ukraine.
Thanks to @Arcange and all who have contributed so far to make the project successful. Thousands of USD worth of $HBD has been raised as post rewards via NFTforpeace tag while the sales if the Peace NFT has so far raised 3885 HIVe and 4501HBD for the victims as well. that quickly x-rays the contribution of the Hive community to relive victims of war via NFTs.
Crypto can save the Bees Ecosystem - "NFBeehive"
Having the understanding that we can use crypto and blockchain to relieve the pollution in the world of bees dislodged in our bid for urbanization, thereby denying humanity of the richness of the blessing that honey from bees were supposed to give us, will make one give admiration to the NFBeehive project.
The NFBeehive is a collection of 9999 unique and computer-generated bees composed out of 185 traits, which include expressions, headwear, wings, stings and more. The collection will drop on one of the greenest blockchains, Solana. Every bee is a true masterpiece and helps to protect and serve the bee population.
Albert Einstein is credied to have said that if Honey Bees die out, Humans will follow a few years later. I o not know how that can be, but I'm sure that Bees have a crucial place in our ecosystem especially in the areas of pollination of trees and flowers that provide habitats for wildlife. NFBeehive says that about 80 % of all crop plants (fruits, vegetables) are pollinated by bees.
Despite the the seeming extinction of bees due to human use of pesticides, habitat loss and the varroa mite, there is the possibility of recovery with the NFBeehive project and this comes with an enormous benefit to humankind. Some of the projects to be undertaken by NFBeehive is as presented below.
NFBeehive is seeking partnerships
One of the ley takeaways in the NFBeehive's roadmap is what they call "The bigger dream" which has to do with expanding he scope of its partnership with other concerned communities.
Many more companies will join our hive. We will create content for our holders and even more values for the community in many different ways. We have much planned for the future. The bees won't be the only animal we will truly help to save and simultaneously create value for our holders.
While I may not understand the content they seek to create and where, but I think that doing that having handle on Hive blockchain can even help the team create uncensored contents to educate the masses on the need to preserve the bee hive while that raise some additional funds to drive the NFBeehive project.
