Interesting - howerever I struggle with map and numbers - for Europe number 3 is Guemsey - what country is that, never heard :-).

And the map - baseline 100 (New York) means China is more expensive with 109, India even more with 140 or do i just do not get the numbers?

EDIT: 109 and 140 are ranking numbers got that, but the country in Europe is of interest to me)
