Normally, I don't allow people to touch pimples or acne on my face, it dies there then it turns into blackheads. When it turns into blackhead then I could allow someone talented in removing the dead pimples to work on my face(my cousin in particular).

I was still growing, I think in the early years of puberty, there was a rush in growth In the body, and obviously, my face was getting rough because of the incessant growth of pimples on my face

The pimples occupied my face, particularly the nasal areas. It was a lot and my cousin was curious to pop them but then I heard my aunty shouting that she shouldn't touch that side of my face, "it is very dangerous" she emphasized. Well, she never gave us the complete gist on why people close to or on the nose shouldn't be popped. Anyways I was scared and I never tried popping them to date.

So I was scrolling through a health magazine where I learned these few facts about popping pimples on the face.

Did you know that there was a place called Death triangle or Danger triangle on your face?

This area is located from the bridge of your nose to the corners of your mouth. Also, there is a connection between the sinuses there present and your brain.

The blood vessels in this part of the face are said to have a direct link to blood vessels close to the brain, making it very scary to touch pimples there

When a pimple is being popped, the following happens:

As I earlier said, the death triangle is near blood vessels with a direct link to areas of the skull. Here is a dead zone because infections could spread easily and fast. Into your brain.

While trying to pop a pimple there, your skin breaks and is open to bacteria which flows easily into the bloodstream and then to other parts of the body. You never can tell the kind of infection that has been introduced into the body, it could be deadly.

Inflammation of the brain could occur as well, as a result of the bacteria introduced into your system. This can cause stroke, hearing loss, or permanent brain damage.

So how do you then deal with pimples on the nose area? I would tell you what works for me.

I have oily skin, my skin gets oily even when I don't apply body oil. So when this oil accumulates it turns to dirt or even sweat too could for dirt. Also touching your face regularly without washing your hands could get your face contaminated.

It is very important to keep your skin very clean, your face most especially, wash your face regularly and wipe it with clean towels or wipes. This will reduce how rough your face is. Also for pimples on the dead triangle, use warm water and a clean towel to gently wash those areas. Consistently the pimple will go off.

This is the simplest and most natural way of getting rid of pimples. I don't support rubbing too many face creams and scrubs because it could irritate or burn your face. But all the same, if it is from a tested and trusted brand you could use them on your face.

So avoid popping pimples on your face most especially your nose area
