What's with the name? Why not call it "Legalization of Marijuana", do whatever the hell you want with it like any other plant except sell rotten moldy weed,

With the new supply, and the competition, no one will have rotten moldy weed anyways, and stoners are good regulators of weed. No need for onerous bills.
