We have one of those apple peeler / slicer devices. I put it to good use yesterday.
Then I laid all the slices on racks and slid them into our dehydrator at 145℉ for 6 hours.
I'm not certain how many apples are in this 1-1/2 pint jar, but I figure it's somewhere around a dozen.
