Report all cases of abuse, theft and misapproriation of funds and insider activity to the USMS and SEC

Repeated downvotes in a row constitute the criminal offense of theft and damage to the intellectual and material property of account users.

The abuse of downvotes as well as the stakepower of stakeholders violates applicable regulations of the US Securities and Exchange Commission and applicable laws in the United States of America.

Users whose accounts have been repeatedly damaged by downvotes from stakeholders misusing stakepower are hereby requested to name in this post the account that is using its stakepower to damage other user accounts and steal the users' rewards in this way.

We also recommend reporting to the United States Marshal Service if you have been repeatedly harmed by misuse of stake power by account holders with significant market power. Accounts that use their stakepower to repeatedly and specifically harm users of the blockchain can also report the accounts in question anonymously to the United States Marshal Service.

Please report to us via the above mentioned contact data, all cases of:

• Fraudulent or unregistered offer or sale of securities, including things like
• Ponzi schemes
• Pyramid schemes
• High-Yield Investment Programs
• Theft or misappropriation of funds or securities
• Manipulation of a security's price or volume
• Insider trading

We blacklist all user accounts that use their stake power to repeatedly and specifically harm other market participants and user accounts.

Anyone who becomes aware that the user accounts on the USMS blacklist are damaging their own or other members of the blockchain's user accounts through downvotes is requested to report this to the SEC and the USMS using the contact information listed above.

If a user account that repeatedly damages your account and destroys your rewards is not yet on the blacklist, please send us the name of the account in question in an encrypted memo so that the blacklist can be updated for the law enforcement authorities.
