You should report the abuse of downvotes to the SEC within the Whistleblower Act.

Use the Link to the SEC in order to defend your rights and the rights of your followers.

Document each Downvote of the Accounts which are destroying the reputation and rewards of all the other users.

Don't accept the rules of this criminal acting clan who is downvoting you.
