That's probably the best question I've been to, today! Well... to me,
House is a place or a building where you go to take rest, to lay your head, to make your bed. It's a concrete construct that lets one visualise the abstract idea of a home.
Whereas, Home is not a place you go to, but the space you carry within. Home is an abstract idea. Home is a thing that comforts you at the end of your tiresome day. It can be a human being, a building, a particular street, a song... Anything to which you feel your heart to. Where you can be yourself. Where your mind finds peace.
