Hive Open Mic 136: Let's Rock/ Fall For You Cover By Usagidee

Good day, Hive Open Mic Community! I am so happy that I am now back for the 136th challenge here with the theme, "Let's Rock." a chosen theme by our friend, @maitt87. For this week, I would like to present to you my cover of the song, "Fall for You" by Secondhand Serenade. Please forgive me if my voice isn't that good today. I'm still having pain due to tonsillitis, and my voice sounds a bit harsh. But believe me, I really tried my best singing for, guys.

Fall for You is a song with a genre of alternative rock and pop. When I heard about the new theme, The first song that came up to me is this song since the tune and notes are quiet easy to hit. Additionally, it reminds me to a lot of memories when I was in Highschool and when I had the first epic love.

Sometimes when there are people we love and they also reciprocate the love and affection we give, we sometimes tend to think that such a relationship is so perfect. But in reality, it becomes toxic especially when we get used to them being there for us. Sometimes, I don't believe that when you love someone, you should accept the flaws. What if that person is a walking red flag? I think the best way is still to help them adjust their attitude. That's what true love is.

Anyways, for me because the song is actually sung for a relationship that is in a toxic situation and there is the one who is fighting for it, while the other one had just accepted that her partner is no longer changing and just waiting for the time that he can let go.
