I get the point.

Is because we can't transfer more than the current level of Hive into HBD in DAO.

So the best long-term solution is to allow to transform Hive to HDB for everyone or allow it a pool, users can send hive in that will be transferred over time to stable the HBD. And give a ROI out of it.

Would be the same code that DAO uses for Hive into HDB and your stable code right? The work should be worth and doable or not?
