you are right.
Risk in Inflation. If Hive hits 10B MC and we print 1B HBD it's a fucking ton. If the price should go again slowed down to for example 1$ or lower, we print at minimum 1B Tokens.
So the devalue of the chain risk is so much higher than the benefits HBD brings in. Also, I would say "The Chain reputation is at risk" if such an event happens. Sure we can all sell at 10B MC and say " FUCK HIVE", but for the long term thinking I don't like it at all.
Also, loan/collateral would only affect Token price ( in both ways). Not inflation.
I would like to have the Inflation not connected to our stable coin. Like more plan able.
