This but decentralized could be a thing to build. For example if you say you want help on frontend, make a task and some random fucker can do it ( for free or for a reward) with sending a agent on it.
So your agent can review it and see if its bullshit or not. That will be sooner or later the future. It already works and will become better.
The 3spk thing was IMO a huge fail in the management. If you let a dev plan, it always ends shit.
You need someone to plan that wants to make money with it. This way less shit is build.
