This plant is called spiral ginger and is a genus of costus.You find this plant in the tropical and subtropical areas of Asia and Africa.There are more than 100 species.This plant belongs to the family of the real ginger as the name says.
I found them in a public carpark and could't resist to take my camera out.I think it was worth it.A bit early but I couldn't time it.
