Hello to the entire vibes community, I hope you find it excellent and full of pure good music, on this beautiful occasion I want to share with you all the Recorder Concerto in F major by the composer Giovanni Batista Sanmartinni, which is a concerto that I have been studying since I was 15 years old and finally I was given the opportunity to present it in public and well this was the result I hope you like it☺️🎶❤️.

Hola a toda la comunidad de vibes, espero que se encuentren excelentes y llenos de pura buena música,en esta linda ocasión quiero compartir con todos el concierto para Flauta dulce en Fa mayor del compositor Giovanni Batista Sanmartinni, el cual es un concierto que llevo estudiando desde los 15 años y finalmente se me dio la oportunidad de presentarlo en público y bueno este fue el resultado espero que les guste☺️🎶❤️.

To put it into context, this concerto was written by an Italian composer who played the oboe as well as the recorder and worked at the court of the Prince of Wales composing music for when the prince had important meetings with his court or just wanted to have fun and enjoy himself. This was a great help for Giovanni since he could concentrate on his works and his musical studies. A curious fact about this concerto and this composer, who is my favorite composer, has to do with the transition from Baroque to Classicism. It consists of 3 movements. I played the first movement called Allegro.

Para ponerlos un poco en contexto este concierto fue escrito por un compositor italiano que tocaba Oboe aparte de flauta dulce y trabajaba en la corte del príncipe de Gales componiendo música para cuando el príncipe tenía junto con su corte reuniones importantes o quería nada más divertirse y disfrutar esto fue una gran ayuda para Giovanni ya que podía concentrarse en sus obras y en su estudio musical, dato curioso de este concierto y de este compositor que es mí compositor favorito, tiene que ver con la transición del Barroco al Clacisismo, consta de 3 movimientos, yo interpreté el primer movimiento denominado Allegro.

For me, that composer is one of my favorites, because if you check out my blog you will always find covers of many pieces from different musical genres adapted to the recorder, not only for the soprano but also for the recorder family in general. I am a huge fan of Giovanni's work and legacy. In fact, I don't play his oboe pieces because unfortunately I don't have the instrument, and this concerto means a lot to me. I started studying him when I was 15 because my tutor gave me a pendrive of pure classical and baroque music where she had many works that contained the tracks and complete scores for accompaniment, and obviously she had given me the solo instrument as long-term study material. It was repertoire that would take a long time to study, along with the playing techniques for the instrument. However, all of Giovanni's works caught my attention, so I started looking for information about him, and I realize that there isn't much information about this concerto, why he composed it, or what he tries to express with it.

Para mí ese compositor es uno de mis favoritos, ya que si revisan en mi blog siempre van a encontrar covers de muchísimos temas de diferentes géneros musicales adaptados a la flauta dulce, no solamente para la soprano también para la familia de flautas dulce en general, soy muy fanática del trabajó y legado de Giovanni, de hecho no toco sus piezas para oboe porque lamentablemente no tengo el instrumento y este concierto significa mucho para mí. Empecé a estudiarlo a los 15 años y fue porque mi tutora me pasó un pendrive de pura música clásica y barroca donde ella tenía muchas obras qué contenían las pistas y partituras completas para el acompañamiento y obviamente el instrumento solista me lo había pasado como material de estudio largo, era repertorio que duraría mucho tiempo estudiando junto con las técnicas de ejecución para el instrumento, sin embargo me llamó la atención todas las obras de Giovanni, así que empecé a buscar información sobre él y me dice cuenta que no existe mucho información de este concierto, del porque lo compuso, ni que trato de expresar con el.

Well, I started to obsess over this concerto, generally with the first and third movements, however I had to study the three complete movements, because that is the science and the joke of solo concertos. I presented it thanks to my tutor, she said it was ready and perfected, it took many years of practice, rehearsals, sacrifice, the first movement means a lot to me, I went through good and bad stages of my life, I grew as a person, I found my way, I overcame many adversities and precisely this movement represents the entire process I lived from the age of 15 until now and it was part of that process since I hated studying the second movement, it was very slow, it gave me anxiety to play it and I didn't like it, I didn't want to present it, but finally it helped me control my anxiety and I am finishing perfecting it, I will present it soon. For me, music helps us calm down, improve, and transform. I think there is no better teacher than music, since when I started studying the flute, at 9 years old, I was a girl who got very desperate and had no patience. I remember throwing the flute on the floor when something didn't go well. It quickly demotivated me, and it was precisely with music that I learned to be patient and to build calmly. I owe a lot to this instrument for everything it taught me.

Bueno empecé a obsesionarme con este concierto, en general con el primer movimiento y el tercero no obstante tuve que estudiar los tres movimientos completos, por qué esa es la ciencia y el chiste de los conciertos solistas. Lo presente gracias a mi tutora, dijo que ya estaba listo y perfeccionado, fueron muchos años de práctica, ensayos, sacrificio, el primer movimiento significa mucho para mí, pase etapas de mi vida buenas, malas, crecí como persona, encontré mi camino, superé muchas adversidades y justamente este movimiento representa todo el proceso que viví desde los 15 hasta la actualidad y formó parte de ese proceso ya que odiaba estudiar el segundo movimiento era muy lento, me producía ansiedad tocarloy no me gustaba no lo quería presentar pero finalmente me ayudó a controlar mi ansiedad y lo estoy terminando de perfeccionar, próximamente lo presentaré. Para mí la música nos ayuda a calmarnos a mejorar a transformarnos, creo que no hay mejor maestro que ella ya que cuando yo empecé a estudiar flauta, a los 9 años era una niña que me desesperaba mucho no tenía paciencia, recuerdo que lanzaba a la flauta contra el piso cuando algo no me salía bien, me desmotivaba rápidamente, y justamente con ella aprendí a tener paciencia, a edificar con calma, le debo mucho a este instrumento por todo lo que me enseño🎶❤️.

Whenever I have the opportunity to talk about the recorder and how wonderful it is, to share my experience and the change it has given to my life being a fundamental guide, it has been a very great experience, I must confess that the main idea was to put together this concert as it was originally structured with the accompaniment of a chamber orchestra that are pure string instruments, such as viola, violin, cello l but unfortunately the musicians who were going to accompany me could not due to emergency problems we had to resort to a track, we had everything set up however it went well although it will turn out better and well the next time I present it, I plan to do the three movements. My main intention was to make known early music and its greatest exponents, to make known the work of Giovanni and its importance, that these jewels of baroque music are not missed and more importantly, that this presentation was the mere sample of my journey as a flutist, one more test of life ❤️.

Siempre que tengo la oportunidad de hablar de la flauta dulce y lo maravillosa que es, de compartir mi experiencia y el cambiado que le dió a mi vida siendo una guía fundamental, ha Sido una experiencia muy grande, debo confesar que la idea principal era montar este concierto como lo es estructurado originalmente con acompañamiento de una orquesta de cámara que son puros instrumentos de cuerda, como viola, violin, cello l pero lamentablemente los músicos que me iban a acompañar no pudieron por inconvenientes de emergencia tuvimos que recurrir a una pista, teníamos todo montado no obstante salió bien aunque va a salir mejor y bueno la próxima vez que lo presente, tengo planeado hacer los tres movimientos. Mi intención principal fue dar a conocer la música antigua y sus máximos exponentes, dar a conocer el trabajo de Giovanni y la importancia de este, que no se pierdan estás joyas de la música barroca y más importante aún, que está presentación fue la mera muestra de mi recorrido como flautista, una prueba más de vida ❤️.
