So i engaged on a very funny journey and i wàs supposed to be there for a party and unfortunately we couldn't even get there ontime for the party.
/The journey was really a funny one.
Annoying too,
Stressful,
Draining,
Exciting,
And so much more/,
Well it just happened that we first left to a location were water blocked the road, the driver had to turn back to follow another route,
On getting to the new road we had an encounter with water covering the roads and the said driver was unwilling to drive through the water and claiming that his car wasnt built for water..
/Like it actually caused alot of arguments and shouts and the solution he gave was that we all need to come out to push the car to get it through the water on the road/.
Well we later all agreed after much contemplations that we would help him out each time there was any water covering the road .
But then things got out of hand because we then encountered like about 10diffent paths covered with water,so at that point every one was tired and decided to stop coming out to push the bus on those lonely roads.
To some extent we still had to argue again and drag all we can..
The driver had to try passing through the water this time and the car was able to drive through on its own without us pushing it.
/That was how we were able to continue the journey and later arrived at the party late/.
So because we arrived late we didnt waste much time in the party but rather embarked on our way back ,and this same driver passed through another route only to encounter another waster on the way ,
Like he had to come down to check the dept of the water to see if his car would pass..
We all refused to come down to push so he had no choice than to drive the car through..
/That was how he delayed us on our way each time he gets to see any form of water on the way/.
This made us to stay stuck on the road for long and then we had to find some were to sleep without reaching our destination..
A journey we embarked on around 6a.m we were heading back around 6pm and on our way we were still around the same state by 11pm.
That was the reason we had to locate a church to sleep..
We were just lucky to have the Anglican church Bishops court that were able to consider us and let us sleep in the church around 1am .
And so we slept till 6am ,and by 6.30am we were already on our way back and still we arrived late but not soo late like the first journey.
