Just as we are ushered into a new year, certain things should equally draw our attention,

Somehow in everyones life ,alot of people neglect the positive part of eating fine and healthy,
Alot of people don't really care if they get negative effects as a result of the type of food they chose to eat always.
One thing to know about good food is that ,you dont need too much of it for you to still get the desired results on your health too.
We all appreciate food and it is one of the major things why people make money,
Just to prevent hunger and starvation in our lifes and various families.
First i believe it is easy to always get a good balance diet and avoid eating too much late night Heavy meals,.
Secondly ,you have to be selective of what to eat depending on your weight and body structure.
Thirdly, is to regulate eating time and know when, and when you are needed to eat certain foods,
Some people feel food poisoning is mostly caused by eating something that negatively effects your health.
Example is ,if you have high level of cholesterol,you should avoid oily foods .
If you have high sugar content or diabetes,
You should avoid taking sweet things that contains high sugar like sugary soft drinks,
And its very necessary we try to check our daily diets too ..
