The LINO token is not listed on any exchanges, so I believe you'll only be able get the token at this point once the platform starts accepting content. All airdrops and institutionalized token-sales have been completed.
Lino is touting a Proof of Human Engagement system which sounds unreal, I'm just not super sure how that's possible. I can't wait for them to get a lot further through their development cycle!
