Bandwidth is a range of frequencies within a given band, in particular that used for transmitting a signal.
BandZ is a network or platform with the aim of decentralizing the data usage and access to the internet. It is aimed at securing, and maintaining security while using the internet.
BandZ is using the blockchain technology in the form of BandZ token to make bandwidth easily accessible, in respective of the given location. It enables users to exchange servers such as VPN.
Most times in my country Nigeria we get stranded in terms of bandwidth due to limitations and coverage, but with the advent of
BandZ i feel the problem will be over, because no single network would be able to control and limit you anymore, because you can easily sell your BandZ tokens and get your self bandwidth.
The internet is measured in bandwidth. That is you are limited to the bandwidth you can purchase which is limited to the bandwidth made available. BandZ will make use if Mesh network; which have a wide range of wireless connection (wifi). It reduces congestions in the internet because, it has nodes which are always activated at every location they find to pair with.
It does not depend on a single node which make every node participate in information delivery.
Mesh network is not in play yet. It's the duty of BandZ to create it. It has a greater advantage because it has a low cost of maintenance which in turn favours the end users.
BandZ will also participate in the function and success of internet of things.
Intranet is private data or section of the internet even an organisation that is for only the developers. Its a medium between the internal and external resources.
Intranet and extranet are very important to any organisation because, they decide what is public and what is private. They help in monitoring what comes in and go out of their servers in other to maintain security.
Intranet serves as the communication tool of companies which can be encrypted for security.
Extranet consist of things that are meant for the public.
BandZ have promised maximum security of information which leak to the internet through the VPN of our devices.
