Sometimes it does look like there is a total lack of empathy and understanding from some of the downvoters - to the point of bordering sociopathy in some cases.. However, at the same time, the combination of avoidance of commentary, posturing of superiority and general anti-social psychology tends to also point my mind in the direction that some of them are carrying out an agenda under the guise of being unthinking asshats.
