The Russian mil/gov is well known for killing it's own people if they try to surrender or give up. Their demand that people over-ride their own survival drive in the name of the state and 'authorities' is a signal of major evil intent. This is an internal state that promotes self destruction and extreme self denial - it can never lead to success.
