I have no doubt that these 'products' have killed many people, including people I know personally - however, at the same time there is a lot of incorrect information floating around regarding the mechanisms. This is a good video from pathologist Ryan Cole, where he examines some of the shots under high powered microscope and dis-spells some of the rumors about the nature of the foreign matter that is present in the shots. They aren't razor blades, chips, parasites or other such things.
