Most people I have known will go along with what police tell them to do because they think it makes them a good person and perhaps also because they have not had personal experience of police corrupt and malfeasance. As many observers have pointed out though, blind subordination to authority is not healthy and is the first step towards tyranny and enslavement.
In the case of the UK police, researchers have highlighted an interesting situation, which is that the UK is 'policed by consent' - which means that the policing is allegedly not forced onto anyone and thus for this to be true it must also be true that people can revoke their (assumed) consent to be policed and so may then theoretically be free from interference from police forces. To go in into the full details of this requires a lot of research into law books, history and probably also court cases, but I thought to share this video as it will trigger a curiosity that we really need right now if we are to create balance on earth without fear.
