An overview of my home expenditures and the HBD value

I'll try to talk about almost all aspects of life in which you will see the real value of HBD.
As food is the most important and necessary thing to talk about as we cannot survive without eating. I belong to a village and our food is simple. We get wheat flour and bake bread and eat to get energy to walk and to do our daily tasks.

There are six family members at my home and we eat two times a day and for one time we consume almost 1.5 kg of wheat flour. It means we are consuming 3 kg of wheat flour per day.
3KG of wheat flour daily = 1.059 HBD
3KG of wheat flour weekly = 7.413 HBD
3KG of wheat flour monthly = 31.77 HBD
We often use vegetables in our daily life and use once or twice meat in a week. As nowadays the prices of everything are sky high and it is hard for the poor people to survive. Indeed I also belong to a poor family and we use vegetables as these are cheaper than the meat.

This is the daily cost of the vegetables which we are consuming. In these expenditures other things like onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, tomatoes and other required things are also included.
Daily cost of vegetables = 1.088 HBD Weekly cost of vegetables = 5.712 HBD Monthly cost of vegetables = 32.64 HBD Then it is the turn of other eating materials which are used during the baking process. These include vegetable oil, grinded red chilies, black peppers, coriander, and other required spices.
Daily cost of vegetable ingredients = 0.816 HBD
Weekly cost of vegetable ingredients = 7.616 HBD Monthly cost of vegetable ingredients = 24.48 HBD As Fruits are also eating things and these are used in our home as well. We eat fruits on a daily basis but in a little quantity. But still for us it is a great thing and it also affects our economic conditions.

Weekly cost of fruits = 5.712 HBD Monthly cost of fruits = 32.64 HBD In a week once we eat meat especially beef and chicken or twice in a week. As mutton is too costly so we don't eat it.

The weekly and monthly overview and required amount of HBDs is given below:
Weekly cost of meat = 3.266 HBD
Monthly cost of meat = 13.064 HBD Apart from these eating things in a month it is sure thing to eat fast food like pizza, wings and etc.
It is two days before when I had this medium size pizza and 5 wings.
So we spent 900 rupees for these things in which a coke bottle was also included.
Here is the receipt of that bill and it is in PKR and I am going to add 1000 rupees for the fast foods for one month.
Monthly cost of fast food = 5.621 HBD
Total Monthly Food Expenditures in HBD
Now I am going to do a total of all the food expenditures in the form of HBD. And it will tell me how much HBDs are required for my home just for the food.

So I have need of almost 141 HBD just for the normal eating purposes for one month.
Cosmetics
Nowadays basic cosmetics have become an important part and you can say an essential part of our lives. So they also take part in surfing the budget. And their prices are increasing day by day.
These basic cosmetics include shampoo, soap and tooth paste which is the most essential thing.
Our family is not too big but still we are using family pack Colgate sparkle tooth paste to clean our teeth.

Total Monthly Cosmetics Expenditures in HBD
In the above section I have estimated separately the basic cosmetics and now I am going to combine them.
Now I am going to combine all these cosmetics expenses and going to total them.

So I have need of almost 8.817 HBD for the cosmetics and to wash the clothes for one month.
Electricity Charges
Now I am coming to the most important thing in our life. As electricity has become the most important thing and we are unable to survive without this thing.
My this month electricity bill is Rs.943 and in the form of HBD it becomes 5.313 HBD.I have also calculated the average bill of the last one year that becomes Rs.1596.5 and this value becomes 9 HBD.
So I have need of 9 HBDs just for the electricity bill.
It is little because we don't have any air conditioner or fridge in my home.
Required HBDs for the whole month
Now I am going to sum up all the expenditures which I have mentioned above for the whole month. And it will tell that how much HBDs are enough for us for a month.
Food expenditures for a month = 140.15 HBDs
These HBDs includes the expenses of vegetables, fruits, meat, fast foods and other required things.
Cosmetics expenditures for a month = 8.817 HBDs
It includes the daily usable things which are basic as I have mentioned earlier.
And for the electricity I have need of almost 9 HBDs for a month. So these are my requirements for a month which are basic. I have not yet mentioned each and everything to keep the post simple and short, but still the post has become lengthy than normal.
So I have need of almost 158 HBDs just for the food, some cosmetics and to meet up with the electricity bill of the month.
Things For 1 HBD
Now I am going to give a short overview of the things which I can buy for the 1 HBD.
I can buy this watermelon 🍉 just for the 1 HBD. It is of 5 kg and I can take it just for 1 HBD.
These are the melons🍈 and I can also buy these melons with just 1 HBD. I can get 4 kg of these melons with only 1 HBD.
Here you can see that these are the peaches and I can buy these as well with just 1 HBD. I can get 1 kg of the peaches 🍑 with only a HBD.
These are apples 🍎 and I can get these apples with one hand as well. I can buy half kg of apples with only one HBD.
So these are the few examples in which I am giving value of HBD in the real life. And I am wishing that HBD should be world wide so that we can buy and sell things in the form of HBD.
