[#49808] Anonymous please - "Why are all tuition fees for international students so expensive? Paying 45K or more while domestic students pay at most 10k. (per year). Who is it exactly that decides how much the international students must pay the uni? Is it the governing boards, deans, financial department of each colleges, the government of ontario, or the ministry of education? Anyone got any idea? Thanks.
