I usually give the stormcloaks a better deal here. My khajiit may be an immigrant from Elsweyr but he is the most patriotic cat in Skyrim and a true son of Skyrim :) Also I wish there would be an option to leave anyone out of the negotiation. I would let the thalmor woman stay. Delphine can wait outside...
