This is a record in itself鈥攆or me, at least鈥攖hat I purchased 250 Common Draws all at once. I spent a total of 75,000 Glint to do this. You might be wondering why I purchased so many 'Common' draws all at once. As I mentioned earlier, my 'Common' and 'Rare' cards are now reaching levels 3 and 4; advancing them further to higher levels requires a large number of additional copies. I performed exceptionally well last season, earning a significant amount of 'Glint' in the process. That鈥檚 why I decided that, rather than buying them bit by bit, it would be better to purchase a large batch at once鈥攖his way, I could get some of my cards ready for an upgrade to a higher level. Admittedly, this left me with no 'Glint' remaining, meaning I鈥檓 currently unable to purchase any 'Rare' draws. However, this move has enabled me to upgrade several of my 'Common' cards鈥攕omething I鈥檒l share more about in my next post.

To understand the scale of this purchase, you can look at the screenshot above. Notably, the option to use Alchemy Potions did not appear; instead, Splinterlands asked me to confirm whether I truly wanted to proceed with the purchase of 250 Common Draws, as opening more than 100 draws at once could result in an excessively long opening time. I was so excited to complete the purchase that I confirmed it immediately without a second thought. I did briefly wonder why the option to use Alchemy Potions hadn't appeared, but since I wouldn't have used them for Common Draws anyway, I didn't dwell on it.

Wait, wait, wait鈥攖he cards shown in the photo above don鈥檛 actually total 250. While it certainly looks like a huge number, take a look at the photo below as well; combined, they represent my single purchase of 250 Common Draws. There鈥檚 no doubt that this will allow me to level up many of my cards鈥攚hich is essential, given that I play in the Modern Silver III league. In this league, the card level caps allow for up to 5 Common, 4 Rare, 3 Epic, and 2 Legendary cards. My current cards haven鈥檛 reached these caps yet, but a few more purchases like this one should bring them all up to the level limits for my bracket. With my earnings from this entire season, I plan to buy a large bundle of Rare Draws鈥攚hich should hopefully allow me to upgrade my favorite Rare cards to Level 4鈥攁nd I鈥檒l also aim to get my Legendary cards to at least Level 2. Once all of that is done, I鈥檒l start saving my Glint earnings for the next new card set, which could potentially arrive in just a few months.

Splinterlands isn't an easy place, but that's what makes it even more fun. A perfect strategy takes into account many factors, including stats, abilities, rulesets, mana caps, and more. That's why it's even more important to consider all these factors when developing a strategy. Add good cards to your deck, but also work on improving your strategies, and strive to win as many battles as possible!馃敟
