Splinterlands: Finally, I’ve unlocked the DIAMOND LEAGUE for the FIRST TIME!🔥🔥🔥

I am not a pro player in Splinterlands; I still struggle significantly in battles at times. While I have purchased cards and am consistently leveling them up, I still possess relatively basic, low-level cards. Perhaps this is why I spent almost the entire year stuck in the Gold League, unable to advance despite dozens of attempts. I certainly tried—and if you are a regular follower, you know I have shared every step of progress, every effort, every challenge, and the resulting successes or failures with you. In the meantime, I also played two consecutive seasons in Wild Mode, hoping it would improve my gaming skills and help me discover better synergies between my cards and powers. However, looking back at all those efforts, what truly helped was the continuous leveling up of my deck—as those higher-level cards made the journey somewhat easier—alongside constantly evolving strategies.

You might find this hard to believe, but I am genuinely thrilled to have unlocked the Diamond League; for months, reaching it felt as distant as looking at the moon from Earth—no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't get there. I know it’s just a game, but for some reason, it feels like positive changes are happening—or are about to happen—in my personal life as well. Anyway, it’s a welcome change. There is only one day left in the season, and honestly, I’m going to take a break from Splinterlands for this final day; I don’t want to risk losing my spot in the Diamond League before the season ends. Along with reaching the Diamond League, my welcome gift has also been upgraded—this time, I received 10 Minor chests, 7 Major chests, and even an Ultimate chest.

From 10 Minor Chests, I received 137 Merits, 1 Entry, 2 Energy, 1 Alchemy Potion, 1 Legendary Potion, and three excellent cards—including a Rare one. Among them, 'Coralforged' is my favorite; it possesses the 'Flank' ability, allowing me to place it at the very front of the lineup and position a heavy melee attacker behind it. The 'Flank' ability grants 'Reach' to the card behind it, ensuring that the unit in the second position is also ready to attack. Another favorite of mine is the 'Torrent Sniper'; I currently have it upgraded to Level 3, where its attack power is boosted by +1. It also features the 'Painforge' ability, which synergizes perfectly with the 'Shock Trooper' card. Overall, these are great cards to have obtained from the Minor Chests, and I am happy with the rewards.

Following that, from seven Major Chests, I received 728 Merits, 3 Common Scrolls, 4 Energy, and 4 Alchemy Potion Charges, along with 3 cards—one of which is Rare. Moreover, while there are 3 distinct card types, in terms of total copies, I obtained 7 card copies from these chests, which is an excellent haul. Among them, the Life-element melee card "Saltwraith Bulkhead" is a personal favorite; for a cost of just 7 Mana, it packs a punch with 4 Melee Attack power. Although its "Weary" ability somewhat restricts its attacking frequency, its other stats make it a formidable card. I currently have it upgraded to Level 3, which boosts its health, and it also possesses the "Oppress" ability, allowing it to deal double damage to cards that have no attack power.

And last but not least, from the Ultimate Chest, I received another one of my favorite Earth-element common ranged attack cards: Husk of the Hunter. Of course, since it’s a common card, you might wonder what makes it "Ultimate" material. Well, this single Ultimate Chest gave me five copies of this card—and five copies mean I can upgrade it to Level 2. It’s an excellent card and one of my personal favorites, which is a huge plus since I use it frequently in battle. I actually have it upgraded to Level 3 right now; at that level, not only are its stats improved, but it also gains the "Headwinds" ability, which reduces the attack power of enemy ranged attack cards by 1. All in all, it’s a fantastic card, and I’m really happy with this "welcome loot" I received upon unlocking the Diamond League. Hopefully, next season I’ll be able to level up even more cards and progress further while playing in the Diamond League for the first time.
