Namaste!

Come let me once again take you to the park near my house. By the way, I myself have started visiting this park again after a gap of almost 3 months because I had told you that there was a problem with water logging in the entire park after the recent rainy season due to which people used to walk on the outer pathway instead of going inside the park.

alt
However, now that the water has dried up, people have started coming inside the park. Thankfully, even after that long flood, most of the trees are still growing and flourishing beautifully. This was what worried me most every evening while walking on the outer pathway of the park as it had been a long time since the trees were submerged in water.

alt
But on the other hand, some trees look almost completely lifeless. It is also possible that these plants are in this phase of their life cycle and after a few weeks, with the shining sun, they will flourish again. But for now, seeing them like this really gives a sad feeling.

But the best thing that happened after that water was soaked was that the authorities got active with full force and started cutting, cleaning, pesticides and fertilizers as per the needs of all the plants in the park.

alt
I did not go too deep into the park but as far as I went I noticed that systematic pruning had been done of the plants planted in several sequences which were not looking that good now with very few leaves but in a few weeks with a little change in the weather they would become dense and would really look very beautiful.

Something like this, by doing soil wounding around all the plants in a circle, different types of fertilizers were put in it and I am not sure, but this dark matter is probably wood ashes and if it is so then it will really give a very good boost to the growth of these plants.
Because wood ash contains many nutrients that can not only be beneficial for the growth of plants but also protect them from many diseases and pests.

That's all for today's blog. I hope these plants will grow even better now and I will get a chance to photograph many more beautiful plants and flowers in this park again in the coming months.
