OVERVIEW
Thailand, the land of freedom beckons. A steamy, pulsating place yet full of smiling and ever welcoming people – Thailand is a place which is full of things to do and places to visit. Home to some of the best beaches, temples and exotic rain-forests, Thailand also offers some of the cheapest shopping and superb culinary delights.
The country does boast of its throbbing tourism economy and has some of the most sought-after tourist destinations in the world. Here I have prepared a 6 day itinerary for you including the destinations you mentioned. Though it might seem pretty hectic, it would all be worth it at the end of the 6 days as you would have then covered most of Thailand in a short span of time, which is no easy task.
Begin your trip with a visit to Thailand's largest Island, Phuket. The town has a huge collection of rubber plantations, beautiful beaches and temples and is a major tourist attraction in Thailand. Phuket is known for its water sports, massages, spas and nightlife.
After your breakfast, head to Phang Nga Bay, which is a common choice in Phuket with spectacular views on a boat. The speciality of the place is that one can find limestone cliffs that protrude into the green water of the island. It is a place where one can stay away from crowds and hustle bustle of the city.
You may visit James Bond Island and Koh Panyee, which are located on the bay. Enjoy the scenic beauty while on a boat ride to these places.
Lunch Time: You can try Pan Yaah restaurant, (249 Prabaramee Rd, Patong, Phuket )which is known for its Thai cuisine and provides stunning views of the Phuket beach. Prices are very reasonable and service is prompt too. Specialties include tom yum soup with prawns and stir-fried dishes.
