When science starts issuing moral dictates, it's no longer objective science speaking, but a religious authority speaking. Science can't issue moral dictates, because it's not directly relevant to morality; this is why mandatory vaccinations have more in common with religious dogma than with science, as it is an appeal to a religious type authority, and not based in the scientific method, nor the ethics that govern medicine.
