This weekend, one of my favorite Splinterlands websites, splex.gg, released a free tool to allow anyone to automatically claim and re-stake GLX tokens from Genesis League Sports.
What does this mean if you are a GLX token holder? No more worrying about claiming and re-staking manually several times throughout the day (every 15 minutes for some 馃榿) and losing out on some of the compounding returns.
You can access the new feature on splex.gg with these steps:
Go to the new GLX tab on your account tile.
Click 'Settings'
Check the box to 'Restake every hour'.
This service only needs a posting key.
SPLEX has also added a minimum GLX balance, which allows you to set a "reserve" that will not be staked. The most likely use case for this would be if you want to reserve some tokens for sale or tournament entries.
The "maximum price" feature makes it so the tokens will stop staking if they go over a certain price. This would potentially allow you to accumulate tokens to sell into a spoke instead of having them re-staked and inaccessible.
The new "minimum balance" and "maximum price" features are also both available for SPS staking through splex.gg.
Another new feature that I like, SPLEX has added GLX balances to the account values for all accounts.
