I got into kayaking just this last summer and I had taken this flight just prior. Looking back at the river, I see now it is wonderful way to scout for river runs and see how the river flows and where the rapids are. This is a class III / IV section of whitewater, so I doubt I'll be getting on it soon in my kayak (I've run it in a guided raft) but I hope to at low water or maybe by end of next summer if I'm good enough yet.
