It is better if your start this early (teens)but it is really never too late. You start by talking to ladies (or guys) then you go on some dates a few times, until you do the dirty. Once that is done, you hope and pray she (or you) is pregnant, so once thst happens and you had a kid, give it 6-8 years, treat it like a red-headed stepchild (maybe a little better) (check last post to learn how to treat a red-headed stepchild) and the kid will be doing your laundry in no time.
