Había una vez un pequeño zorro llamado Rufo que vivía en el bosque.
Rufo era un zorro muy curioso y amigable, pero a veces, cuando se emocionaba, hacía cosas que lastimaban a sus amigos.
Un día, mientras corría detrás de un conejo, Rufo tropezó y cayó en un arbusto. Era un arbusto con espinas muy largas y afiladas que lo hirieron mucho.
Mientras estaba allí tendido, reflexionó sobre su comportamiento hacia los demás y se dio cuenta de que a veces hacía cosas que no quería que nadie le hiciera a él.
Desde ese momento, Rufo decidió cambiar su forma de actuar.
Trató de ser más amable y considerado con sus amigos y de no hacerles nada que él no quisiera que le hicieran.
Con el tiempo, sus amigos notaron la diferencia, y comenzaron a respetarlo y a quererlo más.
Un día, mientras Rufo caminaba por el bosque, se encontró con un sabio lobo que lo conocía desde hacía mucho tiempo.
El lobo le preguntó cómo estaba y Rufo le contó todo lo que había aprendido sobre ser un buen amigo y tratar a los demás como él quería ser tratado.
El lobo sonrió y le dijo a Rufo: "Esa es una muy buena enseñanza. De hecho, es una enseñanza que se encuentra en la Biblia.
En Mateo 7:12 dice: “Trata a los demás como quieres que ellos te traten a ti. Este es el principio más importante de la ley y de los profetas”.
Rufo se quedó sorprendido. Nunca antes había oído hablar de la Biblia o de Mateo 7:12, pero le gustó mucho lo que el lobo le había dicho.
Desde ese momento trató de vivir por esa enseñanza cada día y su vida se llenó de alegría y armonía.
Y así, Rufo aprendió la importante lección de "no hacer a los demás lo que no quieres que te hagan", y también aprendió sobre la sabiduría contenida en la Biblia.
Desde entonces, vivió feliz y en armonía con todos los habitantes del bosque, y todos lo querían mucho por su amabilidad y su consideración hacia los demás.

Once upon a time there was a little fox named Rufus who lived in the forest.
Rufo was a very curious and friendly fox, but sometimes, when he got excited, he would do things that hurt his friends.
One day, while he was running after a rabbit, Rufo tripped and fell into a bush. It was a bush with very long and sharp thorns that hurt him a lot.
As he lay there, he reflected on his behavior towards others and realized that he sometimes did things he didn't want anyone to do to him.
From that moment, Rufo decided to change the way he acted.
He tried to be kinder and considerate of his friends and not do anything to them that he didn't want them to do to him.
Over time, his friends noticed the difference, and began to respect and love him more.
One day, while Rufo was walking through the forest, he met a wise wolf who had known him for a long time.
The wolf asked him how he was and Rufo told him everything he had learned about being a good friend and treating others the way he wanted to be treated.
The wolf smiled and said to Rufus, "That is a very good teaching. In fact, it is a teaching found in the Bible.
In Matthew 7:12 he says, “Treat others the way you want them to treat you. This is the most important principle of the law and of the prophets.”
Rufus was surprised. He had never heard of the Bible or Matthew 7:12 before, but he really liked what the wolf had told him.
From that moment he tried to live by that teaching every day and his life was filled with joy and harmony.
And so, Rufus learned the important lesson of "don't do to others what you don't want them to do to you", and he also learned about the wisdom contained in the Bible.
Since then, he lived happily and in harmony with all the inhabitants of the forest, and everyone loved him very much for his kindness and his consideration for others.
