I have mentioned several times that defensive compositions are one of my favorites in Splinterlands because if applied correctly, they allow you to control the field and your opponent's cards, shaping the match according to your strategy. I was unlucky that the opponent chose two cards with Affliction , but luckily none of the attacks managed to apply the effect on my card 😆. This made it much easier for my combo to work, but it showed that it would be ideal to have a card like Silvershield Bard with the Cleanse ability to prevent this healing cancellation from becoming a problem.

Despite relying a bit on luck, the strategy worked adequately, and it didn't take long for all the opponent's cards to be eliminated while my team remained intact (despite the Resurrect being used).

Thinking about something I could improve in this situation, replacing Venari Crystalsmith with Divine Healer and Silvershield Bard would be a very positive change. However, there needs to be a way to choose a card at a lower level than you have because I already have a level 6 Divine Healer rented, and I wouldn't want to use it in a match with Counterspell .

This would be a great addition to the game, even if the player had to buy/rent two copies of the same card at different levels, it would be an incentive for more competitive players to further enhance their collections. Therefore, I leave my idea recorded, and who knows, we might see it implemented in Splinterlands at some point in the future.

Pensando em algo que eu poderia melhorar nessa situação, substituir a Venari Crystalsmith pela Divine Healer e o Silvershield Bard seria uma troca muito positiva, entretanto para isso precisaria existir uma forma de escolher uma carta com level inferior ao que você possui, afinal eu já tenho uma Divine Healer level 6 alugada e eu não gostaria de utilizá-la em uma partida com Counterspell .

Essa inclusive seria uma ótima adição para o jogo, mesmo que o jogador precisasse comprar/alugar duas cópias da mesma carta em leveis diferentes, seria um incentivo para aqueles jogadores mais competitivos a aprimorar ainda mais suas coleções, portanto deixo registrada a minha ideia e quem sabe poderemos vê-la implementada no Splinterlands em algum momento do futuro.
