I used the NOPE gif in an article a couple of days ago, about being a sounding post for many folks lately, IRL (mainly) and online... Some in Steemit, some in Discord, and some elsewhere.

That got me to thinking, and in my travels, I happened to see this wise saying painted on a wall...
This is my response my New Friend @derangedvisions and his excellent, but haunting post...

I know a picture is not going to make anything easier, it won't make the night terrors go away, or the threat levels dissipate, in fact it might not make a difference at all. I just liked it and the two things came together in my mind. Just throwing that out there and hoping to generate some conversation. It also applies to others who have not had quite the same experiences. I have not been "to the edge" like some, but we all need a bump now and again. "Giving Up" has different meanings to different people. It might mean laying on the couch and feeling sorry for yourself, or it might mean the unthinkable. Either way, hopefully we will listen to that quiet voice that urges us to get back up and give it one more shot...
Another topic comes to mind, watch for something closely related in the near future ;)
